  "text": "BUILDING SOCIETIES\nMade 8th December 1987\nLaid before Parliament 10th December 1987\nComing into force 31st December 1987\nThe Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 7(10), 8(3) and 20(9) of the Building Societies Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:",
