BUILDING SOCIETIES

Made 26th November 1990

Coming into force 31st December 1990

The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 7(10), 8(3) and 20(9) of the Building Societies Act 1986(f1), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
