# The Building Societies (Aggregation) Rules 1993, Article 4: Disregard of liabilities of societies for the purposes of section 7(3)


In determining for the purposes of section 7(3) the liabilities of a building society there shall be disregarded those liabilities that are represented by assets of any relevant body with which the society is associated.
