Made 18th November 1993
Laid before Parliament 23rd November 1993
Coming into force 31st December 1993
The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 7(10) and (11), 8(3) and (4) and 20(9) and (10) of the Building Societies Act 1986, hereby makes the following Rules:
