  "text": "In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Building Societies Act 1986;\n“facility account”, “facility account holder”, “facility agreement” and “facility debt” have the meanings respectively given to them in Article 3(2) below;\n“facility limit” has the meaning given to it in Article 6(1) below; and\n“society” means a building society.",
