Laid before Parliament 31st July 1991
Coming into force 2nd August 1991
The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 21(7) of the Building Societies Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
