BUILDING SOCIETIES
Made 27th November 1997
Laid before Parliament 1st December 1997
Coming into force 1st January 1998
The Building Societies Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by paragraph 32(4) and (6) of Schedule 2 to the Building Societies Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
