Made 27th April 1999
Laid before Parliament 29th April 1999
Coming into force 1st June 1999
The Building Societies Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 42B(8)(a) of the Building Societies Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations–
