Laid before Parliament 1st December 1987
Coming into force 31st December 1987
The Building Societies Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 96(5) of the Building Societies Act 1986 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
