  "text": "The features to be excluded when measuring the area of a floor in accordance with paragraph 2 are—\n(a) open balconies;\n(b) open fire escapes;\n(c) open covered ways or minor canopies;\n(d) open vehicle parking areas, terraces and similar areas;\n(e) domestic coal houses; and\n(f) areas with a headroom of less than five feet.",
