# The Building Society Special Administration (Scotland) Rules 2009, Article 31: Appointment of provisional special administrator


If the court makes an order appointing one or more provisional special administrators the court shall–
(a) notify the Bank of England;
(b) send a copy of the order to the person appointed (by email if possible); and
(c) send a copy of the order to any administrative receiver of the building society.
