# The Building Standards Advisory Committee (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations make provision for the constitution and procedure of the Building Standards Advisory Committee which the Scottish Ministers is required to appoint under section 31 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003.
These Regulations replace and revoke the Building Standards Advisory Committee (Scotland) Regulations 1959.
