  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building Standards (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1987, and the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations 1981 to 1986 and these Regulations may be cited together as the Building Standards (Scotland) Regulations 1981 to 1987.\n(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 21st September 1987.",
