  "heading": "Compliance with building standards",
  "text": "(1) The requirements of regulations 10 to 33 shall be satisfied only by compliance with the relevant standards.\n(2) Without prejudice to any other method of complying with a relevant standard, conformity with provisions which are stated in the Technical Standards to be deemed to satisfy that standard shall constitute such compliance.",
