Article 2 Amendment of 1989 Order

For the definition of “the Company” in article 2 of the Bure Valley Railway Light Railway Order 1989 there shall be substituted the following definition—

• ““the Company” means Bure Valley Railway (1991) Limited incorporated under the Companies Act 1985^f1and having its registered office at Imperial Buildings, Corporation Street, Rotherham, S60 1PB.”
