# Burial and Cremation (Scotland) Act 2016, Section 15: Commonwealth War Graves Commission: right of burial


(1) Subsection (2) applies where a burial authority sells a right of burial to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
(2) The right subsists in perpetuity.
