# The Burma (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2004, Article 7: Making funds, financial assets or economic resources available to any listed person


Any person who, except under the authority of a licence granted by the Governor under this article, makes any funds, financial assets or economic resources available to or for the benefit of any listed person shall be guilty of an offence under this Order.
