Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Burundi (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2020 and comes into force immediately after both the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Regulations 2020f1 and the Sanctions (EU Exit) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 4) Regulations 2020f2 have come into force in the United Kingdom.

This Order extends to each British overseas territory listed in Schedule 1.
