# The Bus Companies (Dissolution) Order 1987, Article 3: Rights and Liabilities


All rights vested in and liabilities binding upon any of the companies named in article 2 of this Order, including (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the obligation to provide services contained in the Gosport and Fareham Omnibus Services Act 1929, are hereby extinguished.
