By amending the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2755), this order specifies the following authorities as approved local authorities for the purposes of that section 144:City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council;the Cheshire East Borough Council;the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council;The Cornwall Council;The Derbyshire County Council;The Devon County Council;The Borough Council of Dudley;The County Council of Durham;the Council of the City of Newcastle upon Tyne;The North Lincolnshire Borough Council;The Nottinghamshire County Council;The Rutland District Council;The St. Helens Borough Council; andThe Walsall Borough Council.",
