# The Bus Lanes (Approved Devices) (England) Order 2005, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Bus Lanes (Approved Devices) (England) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st November 2005.
(2) This Order applies only to England.
