# The Bus Lanes (Approved Devices) (Scotland) Order 2011, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th February 2012
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 44(9) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
