# The Bus Service Operators Grant (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Amendment of regulations


(1) The Bus Service Operators Grant (England) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2, omit the definitions of “apex fare”, “domestic coach service” and “statutory travel concession permit”.
(3) In regulation 3–
(a) omit paragraph (1)(d); and
(b) omit paragraph (5).
