  "text": "(1) The Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) Regulations 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In regulation 3(1)(a)(i), for “section 509 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008”.",
