# The Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) Regulations 2002


(1) The Bus Service Operators Grant (Wales) Regulations 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 3(1)(a)(i), for “section 509 of the Education Act 1996” substitute “sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Learner Travel (Wales) Measure 2008”.
