  "text": "(1) Section 160 (regulations and orders under Part 2) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), after “than” insert “ regulations under section 123A(4) ”.\n(3) After subsection (2) insert—\n“(2A) A statutory instrument containing regulations under section 123A(4) shall not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.”",
