  "text": "(1) Section 124 (quality contracts schemes) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), after “authority”, in the first place it occurs, insert “ for an area in Wales ”.\n(3) Omit subsections (1A) and (1B).\n(4) In subsection (2)—\n(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “ and ”;\n(b) in paragraph (b), omit “in the case of a scheme for an area in Wales,”;\n(c) omit paragraph (c) and the “and” preceding it.\n(5) Omit subsection (2A).\n(6) In subsection (9)—\n(a) after “authority”, in the first place it occurs, insert “ for an area in Wales ”;\n(b) after “another” insert “ such ”.\n(7) Omit subsection (9A).\n(8) Omit subsections (11) to (13).",
