  "text": "(1) Schedule 10 (competition test: functions and agreements relating to buses) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1 (functions to which Part 1 of Schedule 10 applies)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1), after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) making and varying advanced ticketing schemes,”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (2), after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) in the case of the function of making or varying an advanced ticketing scheme, once notice of a proposal to make or vary it has been given under section 134D(1),”.\n(3) In paragraph 12 (enforcement of decisions of Competition and Markets Authority), in sub-paragraph (2)(b), after “partnership scheme” insert “ , an advanced ticketing scheme ”.",
