  "text": "(1) The following provisions extend to England and Wales and Scotland—\n(a) section 13;\n(b) sections 26 and 27;\n(c) sections 35 and 36;\n(d) section 39, this section and sections 41 and 42.\n(2) Section 38 extends to Scotland only.\n(3) The remaining provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales only.",
