# Bus Services Act 2025, Section 40: Extent

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The following provisions extend to England and Wales and Scotland—
(a) section 13;
(b) sections 26 and 27;
(c) sections 35 and 36;
(d) section 39, this section and sections 41 and 42.
(2) Section 38 extends to Scotland only.
(3) The remaining provisions of this Act extend to England and Wales only.
