  "heading": "Reliance on community bus services and certain other services for the purposes of the section 5(1)(c) duty",
  "text": "(1) The Welsh Ministers may, for the purposes of fulfilling their duty under section 5(1)(c) in respect of a local bus service, rely on the provision by any person of a service within subsection (2) (without, in the case of a service in respect of which the powers in section 10 or 12 are available, entering into a local bus service contract or granting a local bus service permit in respect of the service).\n(2) The services within this subsection are—\n(a) a local bus service that is a community bus service;\n(b) a local bus service provided as described in section 46(1) of the 1981 Act (paying passengers on school buses);\n(c) a section 19 service;\n(d) a Part 3 of Schedule 1 service.",
