  "text": "(1) In the Transport Act 2000 (c. 38)—\n(a) omit sections 114 to 123 (quality partnership schemes);\n(b) omit sections 124 to 134B (quality contracts schemes);\n(c) omit sections 135 to 138 (joint ticketing schemes).\n(2) Any scheme made under section 114, 124, or section 135 of that Act ceases to have effect.",
