# The Bus User Complaints Tribunal Regulations 2002, Regulation 13: Tenure of office


(1) Any person appointed to be the convener or a member of the Tribunal shall hold and vacate office in accordance with the terms of that person’s appointment and shall, on ceasing to be a member of the Tribunal, be eligible for re-appointment.
(2) Any person so appointed may at any time resign by written notice given to the Scottish Ministers.
