Regulation 16 Reports to the Traffic Commissioner

The Tribunal shall make and submit to the traffic commissioner the following:–

(a)

a quarterly report containing the information for that quarter as detailed at paragraphs (a) to (f) of regulation 14; and

(b)

any other reports prepared by the Tribunal on the operation of any bus service which has been the subject of complaint to the Tribunal and which the Tribunal considers appropriate to forward to the traffic commissioner.
