# The Bus User Complaints Tribunal Regulations 2002, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations–
“the Act” means the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001;
“bus operator” means the operator of local service;
“the Tribunal” means the Bus User Complaints Tribunal established under regulation 3(1).
