  "text": "In section 140A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (unfair relationships between creditors and debtors), after subsection (5) insert—\n“(6) An order under section 140B shall not be made in connection with a credit agreement entered into under the Bounce Back Loan Scheme.\n(7) In subsection (6) “the Bounce Back Loan Scheme” means the scheme of that name operated from 4 May 2020 by the British Business Bank plc on behalf of the Secretary of State.”",
