# The Business Premises Renovation Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Business Premises Renovation Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 11 April 2012.
(2) Regulations 4 and 5 have effect in relation to expenditure incurred on or after that date.
