  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies where BRS-BID proposals are approved by a ballot held for the purposes of paragraph 5(1).\n(2) The billing authority may, in such circumstances as regulations may prescribe, veto the proposals within such period from the date of the ballot as the regulations prescribe.\n(3) In deciding whether to exercise the veto, the billing authority must have regard to such matters as the regulations prescribe.",
