  "long_title": "These Regulations revoke the Butter (EEC Special Sale) Regulations 1986 as amended by the Butter (EEC Special Sale) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 which prescribed, in addition to requirements as to packaging, maximum retail prices for concentrated butter (in the form of butter oil or butter ghee) produced from butter sold out of intervention stocks at a reduced price, pursuant to Article 8 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3143/85 (OJ No. L298, 12.11.85, p.9). Article 8 was deleted by Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 3157/86 (OJ No. L294, 17.10.86, p.8).",
