  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991 by substituting in Article 4 a reference to the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster for the reference to the Secretary of State. The Order is consequential upon the transfer of the Buying Agency from the Department of the Environment to the Office of Public Service.",
