  "text": "GOVERNMENT TRADING FUNDS\nMade 8th March 2000\nLaid before Parliament 8th March 2000\nComing into force 1st April 2000\nThe Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 1(1) and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order—",
