  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991 by substituting in Article 4 a reference to the Treasury for the reference to the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, thereby making the Treasury the authorised lender to the Fund. The Order is consequential upon the transfer of the Buying Agency from the Cabinet Office to the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury.",
