  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Buying Agency Trading Fund Order 1991 (S.I. 1991/875) which established the OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund (formerly known as the Buying Agency Trading Fund).\nArticle 2 changes the name of the OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund to the Buying Solutions Trading Fund.\nArticle 3 revokes the earlier amending Order that changed the original name of the Fund to the OGCbuying.solutions Trading Fund.\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.",
