Laid before the House of Commons 9th March 2026
Coming into force 1st April 2026
The Minister for the Cabinet Office, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973, with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:
