  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order grants development consent for, and authorises the construction, operation and maintenance of a solar generating station and battery energy storage facility on land within the Order limits together with associated development. This Order imposes requirements in connection with the development and authorises the compulsory purchase of land (including rights in land) and the right to use land and to override easements and other rights.\nA copy of the plans and book of reference referred to in this Order and certified in accordance with article 37 (certification of plans and documents, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of: Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington DL1 5QT; Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council’s main address is Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ; and Durham County Council, County Hall, Durham DH1 5UL.",
