(a) in the heading, for “notifications” substitute “ approvals ”;
(b) in paragraph 1—
(i) for “a notifying authority” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”,
(ii) for “a notified”, substitute “ an approved ”,
(iii) for “the notifying authority” substitute “ the Secretary of State ”,
(iv) for “notification” substitute “ approval ”, and
(v) omit the second sentence;
(c) in paragraph 2—
(i) for “the notified” substitute “ the approved ”,
