# The Cableway Installations Regulations 2018, Regulation 28: Consequential amendments


(1) In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 , in column (1) of Schedule 1, omit the words “The Cableway Installations Regulations 2004” and in column (2) omit the words “S.I. 2004/129”.
(2) In the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 , in column (1) of Schedule 2, omit the words “The Cableway Installations Regulations 2004” and in column (2) omit the words “S.I. 2004/129”.
