Article 2 Exemption from the School Session Regulations

Regulation 3(a) of the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999^f1 shall not apply to the governing body in relation to the Cadishead Primary School^f2 of Allotment Road, Cadishead, Manchester M44 5JD.
