Explanatory note

This Order is made under section 2 of the Education Act 2002. Article 2 provides that regulation 3(a) of the Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 does not apply to the governing body of Cadishead Primary School. This will allow the governing body to make alterations to the school day at the start of the school term in January, rather than at the beginning of the school year. Article 3 specifies that the Order shall have effect until 31^st January 2007.
