Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “The Authority” means the Caernarfon Harbour Trust;

• “the harbour” means the Port of Caernarfon which is subject to the Caernarfon Harbour Acts 1793^f1 and 1809^f2;

• “signed plan” means the plan signed in triplicate by an Under Secretary in the Department of Transport, two copies of which have been deposited at the Department and one copy of which has been deposited at the offices of the Authority situated at the Harbour Office, Caernarfon, Gwynedd.
